Special order item. Awnings are not kept in stock — they are ordered from the manufacturer for you, which is why delivery takes 2–7 working days. They can be sent back within 14 days only if unused and in their original, unopened packaging; you cover the return postage and a restocking charge of up to 20% is deducted, as the awning has to go back to the manufacturer. Please double-check the model, length and colour before you buy — we are happy to help by phone or e-mail. None of this applies if the awning arrives faulty, damaged or not as described — then the return costs you nothing. See our returns policy.
