These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all purchases made through the website www.yogi24.co.uk (the "Website") operated by Yogi24 Limited. By placing an order through the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before ordering.

1. About These Terms and the Goods We Sell

  1. Yogi24 Limited ("we", "us", "our") operates the online store at www.yogi24.co.uk, through which we sell roof racks, bike carriers, roof boxes, tow bars and related accessories ("Goods"). We do not sell digital content through the Website.
  2. A contract for the sale of Goods is formed between you ("you", "the Customer") and us once we send you an order confirmation email. The description of the Goods you have ordered will be set out in that confirmation.
  3. Under the contract, we agree to deliver Goods that are free from defects, and you agree to pay the price shown at checkout plus any applicable delivery charges.
  4. Product descriptions, images, specifications and prices on the Website constitute an invitation to treat, not a binding offer. The contract is only formed when we confirm your order as described above.
  5. If we are unable to supply an item you have ordered (for example because it is out of stock, or its price has changed since you ordered), we will contact you as soon as possible by email and you will not be charged for that item. If payment has already been taken, it will be refunded.

2. Placing an Order and Contacting Us

  1. To place an order, add the Goods you wish to buy to your basket and follow the on-screen checkout process, providing accurate delivery and payment details.
  2. After you place an order, we will send you an email confirming receipt of your order and its order number. A further email will confirm dispatch.
  3. You can contact us by email at office@yogi24.co.uk, or by using the product enquiry option on individual product pages. You can also call us during our published opening hours — please note we are not able to accept orders by telephone.

3. Price and Payment

  1. All prices on the Website are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. Prices do not include any customs duties or import taxes that may apply if goods are delivered outside the United Kingdom — these are the Customer's responsibility.
  2. We accept payment by debit/credit card, PayPal and bank transfer, as selected at checkout. [CONFIRM ACCEPTED METHODS]
  3. Payment must be received in full before your order is dispatched, and in any event within 2 calendar days of placing the order, unless otherwise agreed with us.
  4. If your card issuer or payment provider declines or fails to authorise payment, we will not be liable for any resulting delay or failure to deliver, and the order will not be processed until valid payment is received.

4. Delivery

  1. Unless otherwise agreed, we aim to process your order within 1–2 business days of order confirmation, with typical delivery taking a further 2–3 working days. These are estimates, not guarantees.
  2. The maximum delivery time is 30 days from the date of order. If we cannot deliver within 30 days, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide a revised estimated delivery date.
  3. If delivery is delayed beyond 30 days, you may cancel your order for the undelivered Goods and receive a full refund for those Goods.
  4. We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only. Delivery to other countries may be possible by prior arrangement — please contact us before ordering.
  5. Delivery is carried out via Royal Mail or a courier service. Delivery costs depend on the delivery method and destination selected at checkout, and will always be shown to you before you confirm your order.
  6. Large orders may be delivered in separate batches.

5. Your Right to Cancel (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

This section reflects your statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. It applies if you are a consumer purchasing for personal use.

  1. You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the Goods, without giving any reason.
  2. To cancel, you must inform us of your decision by a clear written statement (for example, by email to office@yogi24.co.uk) before the 14-day period expires. You may use a cancellation form if we provide one, but this is not required.
  3. If you cancel, you must return the Goods to us without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of telling us you wish to cancel. You will be responsible for the direct cost of returning the Goods.
  4. We will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery charges (but not any premium delivery option you chose above our cheapest standard option), within 14 days of receiving the returned Goods or evidence that you have sent them back, whichever is sooner.
  5. You are liable for any diminished value of the Goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. Goods should be returned unused, undamaged, with all original packaging, labels, accessories and documentation where possible.
  6. Once Goods are handed to a carrier for return, the risk of loss or damage in transit passes to you as the sender.
  7. The right to cancel does not apply to: (a) goods made to your specification or clearly personalised; (b) sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, once unsealed after delivery; (c) goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly. Where any such exclusion applies to a specific product, this will be made clear on the product page.

6. Faulty, Damaged or Misdescribed Goods

This section reflects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which apply in addition to (and are not limited by) the 14-day cancellation right above.

  1. Goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. If they are not, you may have a right to a repair, replacement, price reduction or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
  2. If a fault is discovered within 30 days of delivery, you are entitled to a full refund in most cases.
  3. If a fault is discovered after 30 days but within 6 months of delivery, you are normally entitled to a free repair or replacement; if this is not possible or does not resolve the issue, you may be entitled to a price reduction or refund.
  4. To report a fault, contact us at office@yogi24.co.uk with your order number and a description (and photos, where possible) of the issue. We will advise you on the next steps, including how to return the item if required.
  5. Where a manufacturer's warranty is provided with the Goods, this is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights.

7. Returns Address

Unless we tell you otherwise when you contact us about a return, Goods should be returned to: [RETURNS ADDRESS TO BE CONFIRMED], together with your proof of purchase and delivery note.

8. Data Protection

  1. We process your personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018, as the data controller.
  2. We use your personal data to: (a) process and fulfil your order, including sharing necessary details with couriers and payment providers; (b) handle returns, complaints and warranty claims; (c) send you marketing communications where you have consented to this (you may opt out at any time); and (d) for our own internal analytics to improve the Website and our service.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  2. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Northern Ireland, save that if you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of your own part of the UK.
  3. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer, which cannot be excluded or limited.

10. General Provisions

  1. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms as they appear at the time of your order.
  2. Promotional prices apply while stocks last and may be withdrawn at any time before an order is confirmed.
  3. Product specifications on the Website are based on information provided by manufacturers. All trademarks and brand names are used solely to identify products and remain the property of their respective owners.
  4. We do not offer Goods for hire or trial, and this does not affect your cancellation and statutory rights set out above.
  5. You must not use the Website to submit or transmit any unlawful content. We reserve the right not to process orders containing such content.
  6. After delivery, we may invite you by email to complete a short survey about your experience. Completing this survey is optional.
  7. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
