If your order contains items from more than one group, the delivery charges for each group are added together at checkout. The exact cost is always shown before you pay.
Delivery outside the UK & Ireland
We deliver to other countries on request. Please contact us before ordering – call +44 7751 701659 or email office@yogi24.co.uk with the products you want and your delivery address, and we will send you a delivery quote.
Click & collect – free
Collect your order free of charge from 44 Upper Braniel Road, Belfast BT5 7TX.
- Monday–Friday: 9am–5pm
- Saturday: on prior request only
- Sunday: closed
Select “Pick up” at checkout. We will contact you when your order is ready to collect. For Saturday collection please call us first on +44 7751 701659.
Fitting service
We can fit your new products for you at our Belfast workshop:
- Roof rack fitting – from £25
- Tow bar fitting – from £150
Add the fitting service to your basket together with your product and we will contact you to agree a date. The final price depends on the vehicle and product; we always confirm it before starting work.
Processing times
- Awnings are special-order items. They are brought in from the manufacturer for each customer, so they take 2–7 working days to arrive. They can be returned within 14 days only if unused and in their original, unopened packaging; you cover the return postage and a restocking charge of up to 20% is deducted. Please check the model, length and colour carefully before buying. See our Returns & Refund policy — none of this applies if an awning arrives faulty, damaged or not as described.
- We aim to process your order within 1–2 business days of order confirmation. Delivery times above apply after dispatch and are estimates, not guarantees.
- Delivery is by Royal Mail or a courier service.
- Large orders may be delivered in separate batches.
- The maximum delivery time is 30 days from the date of order. If we can't deliver within 30 days, we'll tell you and give you a new estimated date. If delivery is delayed beyond 30 days, you may cancel the undelivered goods for a full refund.
Checking your delivery
Please inspect your parcel for damage before accepting delivery. If the packaging is visibly damaged, we recommend refusing delivery and contacting us immediately at +44 7751 701659 or office@yogi24.co.uk.
